If you are trying to log in for the first time, make sure you entered your email address in correctly when completing your registration.

Forgotten your password?
We all forget things from time to time! If you can’t remember your password:

  • Click on Forgot Password in Account login
  • Enter your registered email address

You'll then be sent a link to reset your password via email.

If you’ve tried resetting your password and are still having trouble logging in, email with your name and membership number and we can check your registered email address.

When you sign up for our Shop. Save. Support. program, you will receive access to hundreds of promo codes every day.

Step 1:

Simply click the online promo codes button, then scroll through the specials, or if you are looking for something specific simply search by store or category at the top of the page.

Step 2:

Click on the claim promo codes button. You will see a code appear, copy this code so you can paste it in the checkout of the online store you will be visiting.

Step 3:

Click on “go to store” to be transferred to the website you have selected. Here you will need to create a new account if you don’t already have one.

An eGift Card is an electronic card (instead of a traditional physical gift card) that can be purchased online and sent to you via registered email address.

Do I get a physical gift card posted to me?
No. An e-Gift card is emailed to you instead.

When will my e-Gift card expire?
e-Gift cards are all subject to the individual stores’ terms and conditions, and as such the length of validity will vary from store to store.

For example, Woolworths gift cards have no expiry date, whilst Coles Supermarket eCards expire 4 years from the date of issue.

How will I receive my Woolworths e-gift card?
The Woolworths WISH e-gift card will be emailed to you. The e-gift cards can be stored on your phone, or you can print out the e-gift card and take it into the store. Alternatively, you can take a photo of the card and store it on your phone.

All you need to redeem your e-gift card is the card number and the pin number.

Where can I use Woolworths gift cards?
The Woolworths WISH gift cards can be used at all stores that are owned by Woolworths click here to see a list of the participating stores.

The Woolworths e-gift-card can also be used at all hotels associated with the ALH Group. click here to find your local hotel.

When you order a Dan Murphy's, Woolworths Caltex, or Big W e-gift card you will receive a WISH e-gift card which can be used at all stores.

Can I use my Woolworths WISH Gift Cards online?
Yes - your Woolworths WISH e-gift card can be used online.

To use the card online, copy and paste the card number and pin number on your e-gift card when completing the checkout process.

Can I use my Woolworths WISH Gift Cards in store?
Yes - when using your Woolworths WISH e-gift card in store simply mention at the point of sale that you are paying using an e-gift card, then type in the in the card number and the pin number and the amount of your purchase will be debited from your card.

Can I purchase a physical gift card?
We only sell e-gift cards; physical gift cards are not available through the Shop.Save.Support. website.

How will I receive my Coles e-gift card?
Your Coles e-gift card will be emailed to you. The e-gift cards can be stored on your phone, or you print out the e-gift and take it to the store.

Where can I use Coles e-gift cards?
The Coles e-gift cards can only be used at Coles Supermarkets and only in-store.

The Coles e-gift cards cannot be used online.

Can I use my Coles e-gift cards online?
No. Coles e-gift cards are only redeemable in-store.

Can I use my Coles e-gift cards in store?
Yes. Your Coles e-gift card can only be used in store.

When you are in the store, simply scan the barcode at the point of sale and type in the pin number.

How do I pay for my e-Gift card?
Payment for the e-Gift cards can be made by:

POLi Payment
POLi Payment enables you to securely checkout and pay for goods and services using your personal internet banking. POLi Payments are made through the Australia Post secure payment portal and available with select banking institutions. You can learn more about POLi Payment here.

Credit Card
Payments can be made with your VISA or Mastercard, through the Commonwealth Bank 3D Secure (3DS) payment gateway.

When you select to pay by Credit Card, you will be redirected to the We Make a Difference and Commonwealth Bank 3D Secure (3DS) payment gateway to complete your transaction.

You will be required to enter your payment details and will be sent a one-time security pin to your mobile phone which you will need to then enter into the payment gateway, to complete your transaction.

This enhanced security measure is an extra layer of protection against fraud when completing your payment online.

Most cards are approved for 3DS, however should you have any issues when processing your payment, you may need to activate 3DS in your banking app or contact your financial institution for more information.

Do you accept American Express cards?
No, we do not accept AMEX cards for payment.

How do I know my payment has been successful?
Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email, confirming the details of your purchase. An email with details on how to access your e-Gift card will follow shortly.

What name will show in my bank account for my transaction?
All transactions made through the Shop.Save.Support. program will show in your bank account as We Make A Difference.
Phoenix Health are working in collaboration with We Make A Difference to bring you the Shop.Save.Support. program.

Your e-gift will be sent to you as a link in an e-mail, simply hover your mouse over the link and left click on the mouse button.

If clicking on the link doesn’t work, try pressing control (Ctrl) on your keyboard then left click on the mouse.

After your payment is received, your e-gift card will be emailed to your registered email address within 24 business hours.

No. You can shop online through Shop.Save.Support at any time, simply by logging in to your account and clicking on the shop of your choice. You will then be directed to the store’s website.

If a coupon discount code is available for the store you wish to shop through, you will need to follow the instructions detailed above in ‘How do I redeem a coupon code online’.

Yes. We are constantly looking for great deals and special offers to pass on to you and as such we frequently add or change shops.

Every time you make a purchase through Shop.Save.Support, 2% of your purchase will be donated back to your charity.

There is nothing you need to do, as long as you have logged into your Shop.Save.Support account and click through to the store you are shopping at, your purchase will contribute towards a donation. There is a unique tracking code in the URL used to take you to the store’s online shop which will link your donation back to the charities you are supporting.

Please note that the purchase of e-Giftcards doesn't contribute to your charity

If you experience any issues with your membership, including logging into your account, please fill out the Contact Us form, and someone will be in touch as soon as possible.

I am having a problem with my e-gift card
If you experience any issues with your e-gift card purchased through Shop.Save.Support, please complete the Contact Us form, and a team member will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

If your problem relates to conditions surrounding the use of your e-gift card, for example the expiry date or validity of your e-gift card, you will need to contact the shop directly.

I am having a problem with a purchase I have made through an online shop
